I can’t believe I waited over 10 years to finally get my carpal tunnel fixed. The whole process took only about 40 minutes, and I felt instant relief in my fingers the moment the release was done. The minor discomfort is absolutely worth it to have feeling in your fingers again. Dr. Hong is one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met, and the entire team—from the receptionist to the nurses—are so approachable and kind. They make you feel comfortable every step of the way. If you’re on the fence about getting this done, I highly recommend it. Don’t wait as long as I did—getting your quality of life back is worth every bit of it.

I was so grateful for the flexibility at the clinic today. I had made an appointment for the clinic in Vaughan, because the regular doctor I was seeing was working out of that office. Unfortunately, for me, I did not go to the Vaughn clinic this morning, but I went to the Dufferin clinic where I usually go. The desk staff were able to accommodate me and I was able to get my shot at the clinic with no waiting.. I was extremely grateful. 😊

They dont seem to understand the meaning of "Appointment". They over book appointments and dont have the courtesy to let you know if the appointment will be delayed. They wasted an hour of my time and I didnt even get the chance to see a doctor. If you get referred here, ask your physician to refer you some place else that actually cares about their patients and their time. Edit: After reading this review the doctor called me, however instead of apologizing for the hour long wait and taking responsibility for the delay, he accused me of coming 5 minutes late and pat himself of the back for being 'accommodating' while accusing me of 'straining the relationship'. I have not even met him in person, this appointment was supposed to be an initial consultation. This is not behavior I expect from any professional, let alone a healthcare professional. Definitely not a physician you want to work with.

This is by far the best clinic I’ve ever visited. I had an exceptional experience with every member of the staff. The front desk receptionist, Tiziana was incredibly kind and helpful, and the entire team was welcoming and supportive. The doctors here are outstanding — they’re not only highly knowledgeable but also have excellent bedside manner. I truly felt cared for at every step
