As a business who's paid-out over $20,000 in shipping to Stallion Express in the last year-and-a-half, I have to say that I'm no longer happy with the customer service or shipping performance from this location, and Stallion Express as a whole. I've been with Stallion for over 2-years, and within the last month - or so - I've had several regular + wholesale parcels go missing that were worth over $1000 in retail. I just find it funny that while their employee, Michael, was working there, none of my parcels went missing. Now that he's gone, it seems like a free-for-all. I don't feel secure or confident in Stallion Express' ability to protect me, and my business as they continue to seek-out, and trade-in, hard working Canadians for government-subsidized temporary workers from India. It's absolutely terrible, and after today, I will be permanently moving my business elsewhere.

What happened to Michael? This guy was the reason the london location still exists!! He was an outstanding worker and his customer service was beyond expectations. He was polite, friendly and he made dropping off packages a pleasant experience. Now we are stuck with grumpy guys that are rude, abrupt and truly dont care. You've made a poor choice. I put up with the headaches that stallion brings because Michael but now ill be looking at alternative options. 😡😡😡😡

Love Stallion! It's so easy to use and they're so kind every time we drop off our shipments. They have been the best shipping company we have used so far! Very grateful my friend recommended them.
