December 12, 2025 - I placed an order and it sat unfulfilled for 10 days with zero updates. I opened a support ticket and waited two full days — no response. Yet the moment I left a negative review on one of their products, they were quick to send me a discount code, but still ignored my actual support ticket. Now, instead of properly addressing the issue, they’ve simply created a shipping label without giving any explanation or acknowledging my concerns. At this point I’m annoyed, frustrated, and honestly angry. I expected basic communication and accountability — not silence until I post something negative. This isn’t how you treat customers. December 14, 2025 I received my products. Their team sent a prepaid return shipping label in case I want to cancel the order. I'd still stay a simple communication about delay in shipping would be sufficient. It's the lack of communication I did not like. PS: their vegan products are good quality and taste.

Since it’s unflavoured and unsweetened, the taste is very neutral, though slightly milky, which makes it versatile. It mixes decently with water or milk, though a blender or shaker bottle helps to avoid clumps. I’ve also been adding it to smoothies and oatmeal, and it blends in well without overpowering the taste.
