Great experience, professional and efficient! My landlord arranged for him to check an issue with my kitchen faucet, which was leaking and turning on by itself. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that the faucet needed to be replaced. He told me he needed my landlord’s approval to proceed and to decide on the type of faucet to install. If my landlord had confirmed right away, he could have done the replacement immediately since he had different faucet options available in his truck. Since my landlord wasn’t available at that moment, the plumber later reached out to schedule a second visit. He came back, installed the new faucet with my landlord’s approval, and did a great job. He just finished the replacement, and I couldn’t be happier! He was very professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. The new faucet looks excellent, and so far, it’s working perfectly. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend his services!

Very impolite, atrocious and disgraced company, Aman. No extortion was involved there with the guest, we just need the honesty of your assessment. If it the extension cord was worn out (it was not), why didn't you tell me to replace it? Not reasonable. All he did was tighten the nuts inside the cabinet. Additionally, he even tried to spend time chatting with my Airbnb guest to show "mutual friendliness" meanwhile not fully concentrate on work spending time talking (both whispering and out loud). You come here to work and not to chat about miscellaneous and random things just because those guests shared similar background. Also, you were the one who extorted our money (Charged me twice).

I had an excellent experience with Aman for a toilet repair! He was not only fast but also incredibly friendly and professional. His knowledge was impressive, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with ease. I was also able to get an appointment super quickly, which made the whole process so much easier.
