When I moved back to Rochester, I had out of state insurance and tried on dozens of PCPs that all fell short. Each provider I saw felt rushed, uninterested, and annoyed... until I found Dr. Yoon and her amazing team. Her receptionist, Beth, is sweet and kind and caring. Her nurse Kyle is gentle and hilarious. And Dr. Yoon is knowledgeable, patient, and gives me the time and attention I feel like I deserve. I have been in a few times for last minute things, whether it be a cold or something more serious, and every time I come in I feel welcome and like they truly care about making me feel better. I wish I could give her more stars!!

Dr Yoon n her staff Beth n Marisa r the best I have ever experience in 70 plus years. Dr Yoon very caring, takes time to listen, very thorough, keeps up on the latest medicines n procedures. Beth n Marisa have a can do attitude w caring. Always get me timely appointments w any doctor specialist. You call the specialist: 4 months. Beth or Marisa call, less than 2 weeks. Doctor Julie Yoon is by far the best doctor I've ever seen!!! This review is about doctor Yoons Medical secretary Beth. Beth is more than a office manager she is a extremely companionate and caring person who goes out of her way to insure each patient is treated with respect. I know if I refill a prescription, leave a message for Dr Yoon or any questions I may have it will be passed on to Dr Yoon that day, not two days later. Beth is a wealth of knowledge, she can explain clearly questions about health insurance, Pryor authorization and other questions or concerns you may have. If you need to schedule a appointment because you are I'll Beth will do her best to get you into see Dr. Yoon ASAP. Beth is without question the BEST medical secretary I have ever had the pleasure to know!!!! Richard Sippel

I do not recommend this physician. I was sent a letter from her stating she would no longer be my provider because I wouldn't come in a few days after she just saw me. I made an appointment to refill a prescription and when I went in I mentioned my knee (unrelated to the medicine). We talked about my knee and then she refilled the prescription I initially made the appointment for. A few days later I received a phone call from the office saying I had to come in again because Dr. Yoon forgot to talk to me about my medication a few days earlier (although she filled it). I explained I could not afford to pay another copay and take another day off for something she forgot. I said she could call me. All that happened is that i received a letter that I was no longer her patient. Not to mention she does not have great bedside manner. Now I'm left to find another provider. Thanks a bunch.
