Having my physiotherapist, Guneet, listen to how I feel week to week then month to month now every other month over the last 2 years has been a stable & clear blessing. Uncluttered instruction received for each new set of family physician referrals provided for the next set of 6 sessions supports me in a way my sore body has ever been supported until 10 yrs ago when I met up w-Health in Hands Wellness Clinic. Most recently Physiotherapist Guneet consistently demonstrates slowly how I can refocus on the next affected joint, muscle group or associated set of connective tissues. She knows human anatomy like no other I have met during my 76 years on earth. I can review each of the new stretches that have come to feel like a welcome & relaxing part of my busy days & I rest as needed. I do these stretch moves religiously for every new season of pains & corresponding additional exercises provided. I practice in her office till I have each assigned exercise ‘nearly’ memorized then receive an emailed file to print out & add to my osteoarthritis, osteoporosis & varicose vein & lymphedema physio binder & not via another screen time overdose. Guneet watches me execute a selection of my personalized physio exercises from my my binder w-me every 1-2 months so we can reassess progress. I have even managed to loose 9 kilos & change my diet as I learn to stretch additional body parts using carefully instructed breathing also…aaahhh… This works well w-me as I do not need yet another e-app programme so easier on my eyes & focus. yay! I honestly am not sure how I might manage w-out her AND my equally diligent & attentive compression hose fitters (Nancy & Angela) for chronic lymphadema at the “Health In Hands Wellness Clinic” for over 10 yrs now.” thank you, Health In Hands Wellness Clinic, for the calm & healthy atmosphere you create by your caring attitude from the cozy waiting room to the treatment rooms & back to the front desk.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing acupuncture treatment by Riley and osteopathy therapy by Darshel! Both of these practitioners worked MAGIC and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic! I didn't have to wait a million years for an appointment and the clinic is beautiful. I just booked my third appointment for lymphatic drainage massage! 10/10 would recommend.
