Truly the best experience with Candor Shipping services! We needed to ship the car by air from Slovenia to Dubai, and Candor Team did a really good job - starting from arrangements back in Europe with all required proper documents, insurance, pick up, loading and safe delivery till the door step in Dubai! It worth mentioning that Candor Team is equipped with all the facilities and needful machinery’s to ensure the smooth process (comparing that some companies don’t have the loading service, etc). We didn’t need to go through any extra outside of the package service as all was smoothly handled by the Team! Special thanks to Fahir, who provided an excellent support with a top-notch customer service and 24/7 support with all my non stop inquiries and questions, thanks a lot for the patience 😊! Considering the time difference with Europe he was following the process safely and securely despite the late hours, ensuring that everything goes smooth! We didn’t face any difficulty as team managed to solve every detail and small issues properly at no time. Also Candor shipping services are very supportive with post delivery settlement - they did RTA testing, RTA registration and assisted with local road insurance which was an extra mile from them but we really appreciate their support on this! Having said all this, I would like to add that there was not even slight delay during all over the process, the questions with car value, customs and clearance were all out of our mind! The service price for all the process was very accommodating despite that Team provided us with best solutions for all questions and on top of this - good discount!
