Nearly 3 years ago I was rear ended in Utah, I called Parrish DeVaughn and they ended up referring me to a firm in Utah that wasn't accepting clients, so back to Parrish DeVaughn, they finally referred me to Craig Swapp. They need to take a long look at who they refer people to, Craig Swapp is the biggest bunch of buffoons practicing law. I was bounced between 5 or 6 different lawyers and who knows how many assistants and paralegals. The woman answering the phone hands out legal advice and doesn't care if she spells your name right. They do not return calls, they only email and text. When they do use the USPS they take weeks to drop it in the box. Their email addresses and phone numbers constantly change. None of the lawyers shared information with each other and apparently they don't keep records or files because I had to re-send ALL my information, statements, photos, and reports every time I was passed to a new lawyer. Every time. Nearly 3 years of this nonsense before I finally get a settlement. After being told not to mention the highway patrol officer that witnessed the accident, not to mention the witness that my lawyer would not find though I had her license plate and picture of her car, and to deal with the fact that the dude that hit me has enough information to commit identity theft. I was badgered and yelled at by my own lawyer because according to Utah law the man that hit me he has the "right" to ALL my medical records from birth forward! I was supposed to be grateful when the judge agreed it was ridiculous, so I "only" had to provide 5 years of personal information. I was trapped dealing with people that do not return calls, that do not share information, and that insist I not mention witnesses so my case can be settled "quickly." Nearly three years of random frustration. I signed my final paperwork, hoping to just be done with it, 3 weeks later I get a text asking if I had signed it yet. I had to send it all AGAIN, to a different email address and phone number. Parrish DeVaughn needs to seriously consider who they referred me to! I paid $1400 to Parrish DeVaughn for this experience! Craig Swapp got a bigger share of my settlement than I did, and I had to pay Parrish DeVaughn for the referral.

I had an accident in February 2023. Called Pepper's number in the middle of the night and spoke to an attorney. Gave all the information. The next day was called back. Was told since the accident was in Utah they couldn't help me, but they did refer me to an attorney in Utah. Gave them all the information. Again, Pepper's office called me back. That attorney doesn't take Utah cases. Pepper's office referred me to another attorney in Utah who does take cases in Utah. One of the biggest mistakes i ever made. That office was terrible. They switched attorneys on me 3, maybe 4, times. I say maybe 4 times because one switch they made i was never even given his name. None of them shared my information with the next attorney. I had to resend everything, everytime, they passed my case on. Paperwork, pictures, statements, all of it. They would send things for me to sign. Then I'd get a call asking for my paperwork. They switched email addresses as much as they switched attorneys. They never passed anything on to the next. Some requests seem ridiculous, my complete medical history from birth! When i didn't want to give my medical history for the passed 5 years from EVERY doctor, dentist, gyn, and pharmacy I got yelled at. They didn't explain that's how it works in Utah until i tried to refuse. So i did it. Over 2 1/2 years we finally settled. Signed everything . I sent it to every email address i ever got from them. i called to make sure they knew i signed it all and sent it. 3 weeks later i get a call asking for my signed paperwork. I was given another email address. Finally got my settlement. But over $800 went to Pepper! Really. Pepper's office needs to take a long look at who they refer people to. I would have been better off looking up someone in the yellow pages. My daughter had to pay Pepper's office over $1400 dollars. This is why I'm posting on Pepper's review. They referred us to Swapp in Utah. Pepper you should check out attorneys you refer people to before hand. You got some of my money and my daughter's for what? Head aches and frustration. I know we are not a high dollar case, but this was beyond ridiculous. I reviewed 2 days ago. I thought someone might contact me with concerns about my bad review. I did call Pepper's office (6 months ago?) to let them know my problems with Swapp and pointed out it looks bad on them since they referred me to them. No one contacted me about the message i left either.

In December of 2022, I was hit by an 18 wheeler at no fault of my own. The insurance Adjuster had me in tears. I called Parrish DeVaughn to represent me. From the beginning Nate my attorney was very caring and helped me through the process. All the staff that directly dealt with me were wonderful. Ashley, and April went above and beyond. Never once answering my numerous calls did they seem bothered. It was the complete opposite. I could tell they truly care about me. Grant my other Attorney was so sweet during phone calls as well. Nate and Grant helped me through my deposition. The were very informative about the process and helped me to get the best outcome they could for me. I would highly recommend Parrish DeVaughn for anyone involved in a wreck. Respectfully Debbie Walters

My experience was good. It was a very long drawn out process with the w/c laws here in Oklahoma. The laws here don’t really protect the worker when it comes to getting the best care possible but I feel like they did the very best that could be done. There were times I didn’t understand things and would get frustrated but Whitney would explain it to where I understood. I don’t really like the app because it’s like texting but you can’t tell the tone so that was the biggest part of the misunderstanding on my end. Will was very patient and could easily explain things as well. I’m happy they took the time to do this and were very understanding of my confusion. They don’t rake you over the coals when it comes to their part of the settlement, which was a big surprise. All in all I’m giving them 5 star. I appreciate their help!!!
