Its Friday, 3:02pm on 2/9/24. My driver checks in to the shipping office and they tell him sorry we cant load you, you have to be here before 3pm, the loaders leave at 330pm. I politely ask if there's anything that can be done in an effort not to strand our driver in Maryland for the weekend (he lives in CT) and she told us sorry no nothing I can do. I have to say I was VERY disappointed. For a warehouse facility, that relies on truck drivers to keep their doors open, to be so cold hearted is just beyond me. Ive been in the transportation and logistics industry for 16 years and this is one of a very few times that Im just completely and honestly discouraged. Please remember this cautionary tale when conducting business with Capitol Warehouse on Stayton Dr in Jessup, MD. What an awful experience.

About 2 hrs to load, commercial area, easy dock backup. Just be aware if the load is for Custom Match 106 Lasalle Street Durham, NC 27705. This receiver will not mention driver assist for unloading until the truck shows up at their place, then they will tell the driver to pull the pallets out or he will not get unloaded.

All employees were very professional. From the wonderful office manager to the guys in the back, loading and unloading product. You dont have to watch long before you can see that the company is a well oiled machine.
