Update: I had an issue with rainwater missing the gutters on one side at the back of my house in Miami. The roofing crew came out quickly and fixed it right away, without any hassle. It turned out the problem was with the gutter guards, not the shingles, so Donovan was able to sort it out in just a few minutes. Everything is working great now. It's really nice to see a roofing company in Miami that does honest work and stands by what they say. Original: This was my first time hiring these roofers, and they have been fantastic. Jacob, my main contact, kept every promise and even went above and beyond. They just finished replacing the shingles and some plywood, and their work looks excellent. I definitely plan to use them again for my other houses in Miami.

It was a great experience working with the whole roofing crew. The fascia on my entire house was replaced, along with a few other smaller roofing repairs, and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. From the start, Donovan was very knowledgeable and efficient to work with, and Jacob and the rest of the team worked hard all day. The painters and everyone involved were professional, friendly, and really put in the effort. The office staff in Miami were also very caring and pleasant to talk to. I contacted Top Hat Roofing to get some help with loose TV cable and wiring after my new shingles were installed. Donovan came out right away and quickly fixed the TV cable, so my TV and computer reception were perfect again. He also arranged for Jacob to stop by and make sure the cable was placed correctly along the bottom edge of the roof. Jacob did a fantastic job securing the cable and making everything look neat. The whole team was very professional and provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were taken care of. They truly know how to take care of their customers!
