Worst company ever. Delivery drivers are disrespectful they don’t want to do what they’re paid to do. When they “attempt” deliveries or pick ups they won’t Knock or ring the bell then they will disrespect you….. if you’re not at the door and ready. management is also not existent. If you ask to be transferred to a manager just know it won’t happen and they won’t call you back either. Don’t blame the customer service agents they are doing their best with the options they have! Blame operation and management not the agents. If your order is shipped by canpar just cancel it to be fair you might have a delivery drivers cuss at you Ps: any 5 star reviews you see are from employees!
Unfortunately I can't give zero stars or minus five stars. The worst courier company ever. They don't attempt to delivery the parcels, they just stick a sticker at your door saying they missed you and try to force you to pick your parcel somewhere else. The customer service, the most useless customer service I ever had the displeasure to talk. The solutions they have are simples, "kindly pick up or pay 10 dollars for another attempt of delivery" (like they tried the first time). I wish this company go bankrupt for real and close its door permanently, Canada doesn't deserve this kind of company in its land. Just a bunch of lazy people gathering together to fake they work and grab people's money. Just a scam company with scammers under the label of workers.
Worst delivery company around. Anytime I find out my order is being taken care of by "Canpar", I cancel my order and request a new shipper. A few weeks back was the final straw. Had them lie about coming over and knocking on my door and no one was home (they never did and i provided camera proof). Once my package finally arrived (after sitting in their warehouse for a week) they sent the most aggressive rude driver to my house. The driver chucked my items into a pile, refused to talk to me, and when trying to get some information out of them, they said they were on the phone with their manager and was given permission to leave. They then proceeded to ignore me, get into their truck, and peeled out of my driveway as fast as they could. Absolutely horrendous customer service.... Do better or close your doors.
They left the boxes about 50 feet from the house on the driveway under a tree. Delivery company noted the delivery was left on the “front porch”. I contacted their shipping company Canpar who told me they would come back to correctly deliver as I was out of town and concerned it might rain and they said they would send the driver back. 8 hours later I call them back and they say they aren’t going to go back. I left a voicemail for the supervisor who never called me back. I contacted cozey support who told me they would get in touch and get back to me. Never heard back. A friend of mine thankfully was able to go to my house and move the boxes for me. Never heard back from cozey or canpar. Very disappointing.
