My cleaning went well. Then I waited 30 minutes for doctor's exam. I should have been updated, but had to ask when I would see him. I learned he was doing a root canal, and his ETA was unknown. My family has come here often, and staff have always treated us well. This was an unusual glitch. I assume the root canal was an unexpected emergency, but if it was planned, the timing was poorly planned. I left without exam, but they prorated my charge. Also, when a staff member wanted to schedule my next cleaning at 3 months instead of 6 months, she was reluctant to explain that it was because my gums weren't in the best condition. Please be compassionately honest up front, especially when a patient asks.

Yesterday, I had a dental appointment at Gentle Dental Gresham Village to have a tooth removed, and I am truly grateful for the service I received. I don’t know how the doctor can remove a tooth in less than a minute—without pain, without any discomfort—with truly magical hands. I have always been impressed by his professionalism and kindness. They were very nice about not being able to send in the paperwork as a first time patient. They were considerate about my nervousness. They were respectful and prompt. They took me 30 minutes early. I will go back. TY Gentle Dental!

Dr. Kyle and his side kick "DJ Scrubs" are Both professional and Friendly. These two know what they are doing 100%. PAIN was my issue with ALL Dentists 14 years ago before I started seeing Dr. Kyle now I'm truly just greatful he was still at Gental Dental when i got back from Alaska after Covid--- Oregon 5 years later, zero dental care, he took care of me in a kind and pro fashion. All the people at Gresham Gental Dental are amazing, kind and professional people. I drive all the way from Vancouver to Gresham to keep seeing these folks. Thank You guys! P.S. if Dr. Kyle EVER retires let me know... I'll bet my perfect partials and caps I'll never trust another dentist. 👍
