Well Evan was prompt and courteous, seemed to have good knowledge about Generac systems. I am a bit disappointed that after realizing unit wasn’t worth repairing I requested a quote to replace but sadly never heard back from them. Must be nice to have so much business you can just blow off a customer, time to find an alternative
