Has a good selection of tenants, but when I got there the mall was evacuated because of the fire alarm going off. It was likely a false alarm, but very scary. Went back next day, nice mall! Has a great choice of stores and restaurants.

The Cape Cod Mall is a surprisingly charming spot in the heart of Hyannis. While not a sprawling metropolis of luxury, it offers a solid variety of stores—from essentials like Target to favorites like Macy’s and Best Buy. The food court is quaint but reliable, perfect for a quick bite after some leisurely browsing. It’s clean, easy to navigate, and has just enough of that nostalgic mall energy to make you linger a bit longer than planned. Not a destination in itself, perhaps—but certainly a pleasant local staple with a little something for everyone.

This mall is up to date with a good variety of big box stores as well as all the typical specialty stores that you expect in Simon's mall. It has a nice food court as well as specialty restaurants that are accessible from the outside. There is an arcade/bowling alley/bar/restaurant that is open during and after mall hours. There is also a movie entertainment center that serves alcoholic beverages. The mall opens an hour early for walkers that is very convenient during winter as well as hot weather. The maintenance people keep the mall very clean. All in all we have been using all the mall has to offer for the last 25 years and have watched it keep up with the times as customer taste has changed. I would recommend this for tourists as a way to help fill out a day's activity on a rainy or too hot day or a reasonable evening meal.

Very nice mall. They did it over. Beautiful place. Nice stores. Would go again. I miss the merry-go-round
