Our stay at the Equarius Villa was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were truly exceptional—attentive, warm, and consistently willing to go the extra mile. Every request was met with genuine care, creating a personal, welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The two‑bedroom villa itself offers a luxurious and very private retreat. It’s spacious, comfortable, and designed to give you that exclusive, tucked‑away feeling that makes a getaway special. While the villa could benefit from a light refresh, this didn’t detract from the overall experience in any meaningful way. The comfort, privacy, and service more than made up for it. A nice bonus: staying here entitles guests to 10% off food and beverage at RWS restaurants, which adds great value, especially with so many dining options nearby. I would happily return any time. It’s a wonderful place to unwind, and the team behind it makes the experience truly memorable.

Fantastic and friendly staff. They were very accommodating to our requests and even helped to store my baby's food as my 13 month old baby had just started solids. Savannah, Chris and Jacob, along with all the other butlers were very attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful staycation :) My son still remembers it to this day.

Perfection with our 3 night stay. Family loved the attention and care from the staff in particular Jackson. He is always there and very thorough and helpful with experience not just within the hotel but all attractions. Service is next level.
