The kind and helpful folks at Capitol are always ready with a great book recommendation. The card, game, and comics/nerd books store downstairs has a great selection of sealed product and singles, as well as tons of gaming supplies, and comics and books for the nerd in your life. Staff is quite knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. We love our visits here!

Don't miss a chance to visit this charming hole-in-the-wall bookstore on K Street adjacent to The Crest Theater. So many wonderful books to explore as well as a children's book with comfortable bean bag like chairs for kids to sit in. The store also has some unique things other than books, such as tote bag, shirts, stuffed animals, amazing games and puzzles, and other little trinkets. It's so nice to find bookstores still popping up. Nothing is more comforting than flipping through the pages of a wonderful book!

Large bookstore in Sacramento with three floors stocked with plenty of books, games, cards, and other gifts. The bookstore is well-organized, with the main floor containing most of the popular books, the basement consisting of the more nerdy selections (sci-fi and games) and the upper level stocked with romance novels along with sorting space for employees. A nice place to stroll around in if you’re in downtown Sac!
