Holy moly, Anwar my driver and Glen the dispatcher, saved me a whole whack of hurt with their honesty and integrity. My card-holder wallet slipped out of my pocket on my ride from the Regina airport and I didn’t notice it was missing for four days. It not only had my bank cards but all my picture ID, plus a bit of cash. I was facing a delayed flight home without proper ID, according to Air Canada. After a day spent retracing all my steps around the city, it was these guys at Capital Taxi who saved the day (with thanks to Anwar’s passenger after me). All the bank cards and the cash were returned, when they could have so easily disappeared: now that’s what I call integrity. Thanks gentlemen. Bill PS: be sure to take a photo of your ID cards so at least you have a digital record on your phone.

this is follow up to previous review made by someone else. im thankful that the owner called me back and took my concern serious. the owner also went to WORK to find out what happened. im thankful to the owner, as he actually expressed that he does indeed care for his customers. it is just unfortunate that this experience occurred in the first place (reason for 4/5).
