I found Thriveworks system to be very easy to use. My therapist seems to “get” me, so I did not have to put a lot of effort into explaining my issues.

The absolute worst experience. I only picked up my phone to write this review. First, the day I called to inquire about membership, I was told that my entire family could be on my membership. They specifically said my spouse was included. After I paid the $99, I logged in only to find that was not true. Every time I tried to cancel, the representatives (with an “s”) strategically spoke extremely slow even when I told them I could not talk long. Literally each representative talked slow and took a long time to cancel my membership. I was working during the day and was not able to just sit on the phone to wait for them to cancel. They kept trying to figure out how to keep my family’s membership. They were successful at duping me into keeping the membership for 24 hours because they said if I cancel the appointment that I literally just scheduled, I would be charged a $99 late cancellation fee which makes ABSOLUTELY no sense because it was just scheduled. Then, I rearranged my entire family’s schedule including dinner and homework time to drive all the way (35 minutes which equals 70 minutes roundtrip) to the office…only to find a locked door with no one inside the office. Picture included. There was no contact information on the door to let them know I was there. I called the thriveworks customer service. All for them to tell me they could not call the therapist to let her know we were waiting. They had to email the office and they would respond within 24-48 hours. Smh. Ok… now tell me this!!! If I didn’t show up, I would be charged $99 for a late cancellation or no show fee. Right? So…do they owe me $99 for my time, energy, gas, my family’s dinner, children’s homework, etc? Yes, they do. Thriveworks is completely disgusting and they wasted my time, my children’s time, my husband’s time, and I’m going to make sure everyone I know…understands how awful thriveworks is.

I am unhappy with your responsiveness to MY needs. You are quick to charge for a missed appointment, but it takes two days for your team to respond to my message regarding cancellation. I do appreciate that you push information to me. I wish you were as enthusiastic about responding to client communications.
