From time I entered the hospital things weren’t good at all. First the washroom was clean however no toilet paper nor water !!!where is hygiene in place !! Complain to customer service. Nothing was done even after 2 days. Washroom cleaner told me you have to fetch tissue from outside and take it inn Second inpatient ward washbasin present no tissue nor hand dryer Curtains very unhygienic that with place see the image Hospital biggest issue they love money not commitment to provide better treatment to patients Keep doing mistakes and apologizing to patient’s relatives, no improvement WHATS THE POINT IF YOU DON’T LIKE TO GET BETTER WITH ALL THE REVIEW YOU HAVE Extreme gross misconduct is to discharge the patient with collapsed lung from HDU . Claiming patient has recovered no more fluid in lung. Within 1Hr patient was returned back to HDU with collapsed lung . No apology instead was blamed gave from senior that radiologist department error Please please instead of apology improve your professionalism. Treat others patients as your family then you will feel the pain they go through Visiting time totally not practical please review

Good luck getting any parking to begin with . Secondly From 9:30am to 10:00pm for a CT scan . I go the next day , apparently they are not sure if my CT scan was printed, yet there's a report and i was called. Worst hospital!!!! If you have an alternative, choose it! Go the bext day to collect and i am given a report without imagery....why? ...How???
