I am a government school teacher and had booked two rooms (₹1200 and ₹1800) on 10th October 2025. Mr. Sagar Khullar had promised to provide clean and well-maintained rooms, but the reality was completely opposite. The rooms were very dirty, bedsheets were stained and torn, and the geyser didn’t work at all. The dustbin hadn’t been cleaned for days, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The staff initially spoke politely but later started blaming guests instead of solving the problem. I strongly advise that no decent family should stay here. I’m also attaching pictures as proof of the poor condition.

में आगरा से हूँ मैंने इस गेस्ट हाउस में एक 20 अगस्त 2025 को रूम लिया था यह धर्म विला गेस्ट हाऊस बहुत बेकार है यहाँ का स्टाफ और मालिक सब एक जैसे है बाथरूम में पानी नहीं आता और पानी ना आने की शिकायत करने पर मालिक ख़ुद रूम खाली करने की धमकी देता है और पैसे भी वापस नहीं करता इसलिए इस होटल में तो बिल्कुल भी ना जायें मालिक पैसे से पैसे मांगे गए तो गुंडों से पिटवाने की धमकी देने लगा

I have been 5 years old customer here but now this hotel is full of poor staff with Bad attitude Anytime anybody can come and knock the door badly until you open it. At reception your female partner will feel insecure due to more gathering of male staff and all of them will be starring at couple. I always advised my friend to go there. Now it has gone in new management on lease. Don't go here it is truely a waste of money. Sometimes no water supply No AC working No TV Networks Poor staff services and Many More issues.

I booked a room in Town House near Mercedes Benz C-7 Noida Sec 11 Jhundpura through Oyo app on 8th July at around 11 am. The amount shown on the app was Rs.733. I booked the room online through UPI for Rs.683 with prepaid booking. When I reached with my female partner at 11:30 pm, during checking a boy sitting at the reception said that I would have to pay Rs.510 more. I ask why I have already made the full payment to Oyo company. And why are you charging you this amount. He did not tell me the reason for this. He said that he just to show lower rates on Oyo. I told him to talk to Oyo customer care but he ignored it. After 10 minutes of talking to the property owner he gives me a room. Then I and my partner go to the room and sleep. At around 01:15 A.M. a boy knocks on our gate and says that the owner is calling me, I go downstairs. The property owner and his two boys start mishbehave & teasing and threaten me that we want the money right now. I got scared and told him that I am doing this payment to the company through Oyo app, but he said oyo deduct my commision that is why he said that he should give me the money in my personal account. I make the payment; I started making the payment through the online scanner, but due to bank server issue, the payment is not happening (server issue payment screenshot attached), when I said this time server issue I will pay tomorrow during check out. Then he(Manager) shouted loudly and started saying, seize his phone and bike. Then hotel staff took try to phone with me, then, I sent his(mangaer) scanner to my female partner also through WhatsApp, but as it was their bank's server, it could not be found. Then he started saying, throw them both out and run away right now night 1:30 A.M. and seize the phone. Then I went to my room, then my female partner took out 500 cash, then I came down and gave the money. I felt very insecure at night. Please 🙏 nobody go their hotel I already my esclation in oyo and consumers court also for this behaviour at night. I want give 0/5 but no option in google reiew system.
