Beth DeBowLovely kitchen Silestone QUARTZ counter. CGM was efficient and EASY to work with. First Hans came out and discussed options brought samples and I showed him photos of counters I liked with warmer colors with subtle-veining and he calculated pricing in our home then contracts were reviewed and signed online. The logistics team got Cody out to measure and create a precise template. Note we wanted an eased edge and rounded corners and we had our new faucet plus undermount sink onsite and appliances in place as required so those cuts could be factored into the template. Next they scheduled and did a perfect install. So in summary CGM came to our home three times first to discuss and price, second to template and thirdly to install. They left everything clean. Lastly I got a call an hour after install asking how it went and whether I was satisfied, and YES I am. Service area Cville: Although they are based in Richmond, I would work with them again in Charlottesville and they do work here a lot too.

Jess TeaboI had a not so great experience with them a while back, so when I found out my Cabinets To Go order was through them, I was apprehensive. A total 180 in customer service this time. They reached out to me before I could even have a chance to have a question or need a follow up. The process and finalization was ahead of schedule. The service in-store and out was lovely. I was even worried about the slab I had chosen, because it looked different than the sample and they were very attentative and helpful and totally put me at ease. They were right, it turned out amazing. Even the installers were prompt, on time, and called ahead to update me. From measuring to installation everything was tripled checked with me. I am really happy with my service and the final product. I am definitely referring friends and a couple of coworkers have seen the finished product and wanted their information.
