I am very satisfied with the extensive work recently completed on my home which included: siding replacement, removal of deck and installing a custom designed patio and shade sail, installing an egress window, whole house window and sliding door replacement, fencing, and upgraded gutters. The workers on the project were professional, hard working, available and reliable. Ryan and his team did a great job with the siding, shutters, and gutters. Lizandro and his team were the hardest group of people I ever witnessed working. They were amazing and dedicated to completing the deck demolition, egress window install and patio construction for this project to my satisfaction. They put in long days of hard work. Seth and Austin's overall coordination and management of the project kept things moving and on track throughout, and John's design for the space was perfect. I am very appreciative of everyone's efforts!

Austin and the Capitol Improvements crew was excellent. From the moment Austin came for the estimate I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through building science and how a roof breathes. He was also very responsive via email, phone, text and the proposal process was incredibly professional compared other folks in the market. I received notification emails when materials were going to ship and the company was always reachable via an email, text, and phone. They communicated effectively. The whole team from the owner (who reached out a few times to ensure I was happy with the job), to the crew, to the accounts team was top notch and personal. Ultimately -- their price was right in line in other folks in the market but the experience was eons more professional, educational, and a modern 2025 consumer experience. This team goes above and beyond -- I did find a few nails and one went through my tire -- but I notified the team and they took the patch job off my final invoice. The roof looks amazing and they did the whole thing in one day. My yard looked better after they left then before they go there -- they swept everything and cleaned up all the debris nicely. I've already started referring this team to our neighbors.
