I’m putting 5 stars because I can’t put 10. What I read in the reviews scared a little but when I came there I released that the workers there are really great. The shippers loaded me badly but when I came there I saw that my pallets fell forward with bottles of water. I released that the shipper didn’t load me correctly. They called me to the office to tell me that the load was loaded badly and I would have to unload myself. They helped me unload and nearly unloaded everything on their own. We finished in one hour exactly. The employers tried really hard and did a great job. I don’t remember their names but they did awesome.
This review is for building 105. First building to your right hand side. Not that bad. You stop by the guard and get you a door. Roll your tandem park and go to the office to check in. They will call you when you get loaded. 2-3 hours estimate.
I informed these people that my daughter was having surgery stage 2 breast cancer and I needed to go. They have set me here 2 days and then they don't tell me I have to unhook after I'm backed in the door for an hour and a half and they still don't touch it on the next day. Very unprofessional. Very sorry. Place to be. All in all I was here all day Don't come here unless you have to drivers 😞
