Applied for a rental and got approved. Move in date on house was advertised at dec 1st. Was ignored for 2 weeks and finally get in touch with someone they never give names. Now the place isn't ready... this company will take advantage of you

8-11-21 I really tried to have a decent relationship with Capuccio Dream Homes and Michael Anthony. Gave them money for rent several months in advance for rent only to discover this place is a renter's nightmare. From plumbing problems to mold, I have never had so many problems with any property I have ever rented in my life. It took me making several complaints before they started responding to emails in a timely fashion. They have been the poster child for negligence and and poor customer service and don't care who knows. To date I am still having issues with plumbing and mold I started business with them in 2017. 8-30-21 Working with me after I paid three times the rent when we first started the relationship is your reasonable service I was changing jobs and told you you all (Capuccio Dream Homes). You all were paid before the month ended. I saved you time going to court. No one I have ever rented from has taken me to court for non payment. You're lying about all work orders I sent you pictures of the mold in times past waiting for you all to act like you have professional decency and decorum. I emailed you all a couple weeks ago you all are still negligent. There has been No response from anyone by email on how to correct the issue. Trust me I have been looking for a company who cares about their tenants concerns and their company brand name. My schedule makes it hard for me to link with other companies but not impossible, you know I have copies of everything and can qualify my statements. Knock it off, month to month is still an agreement you still get paid. I lead with "I tried to work with them". As a business professional and or owner why wouldn't you or your staff move a tenant that you newly established a relationship with into a different location after so many complaints? I mean since we are asking questions. It shows you value tenant longevity, have exceptional tenant customer service and it protects the brand name. 2017 to 2021 is 4 years and the first year I signed a year lease. Quality control is your biggest issue coupled with lack of concern.
