I used Car 1 for my sons prom. They were excellent! Scheduling was very easy. The person who took care of me on the phone was so pleasant and accommodating. He was very patient as I didn't have all the details at 1st. The driver was very nice and patient as well. The photographer went a little over time and the driver patiently waited with no complaints. Very sweet guy. The car was perfect and most important my son and his date both got home safe. I'd definitely use Car 1 again and I recommend them to anyone looking for transportation services.

Excellent service! The drivers were prompt for very early morning pickup on way to Logan and then managed six hour delay on return including terrible traffic jam at airport. Drivers were very polite and professional and cars impeccably clean.
