I cannot speak highly enough of F1 MOT Center. I have been using them for my yearly MOTs for years and have always received top-notch service. However, my most recent experience with them truly exemplified their exceptional customer service and expertise. After a unfortunate accident on an icy road left my Audi A4 in need of serious repairs, I called F1 MOT Center and they immediately booked me in for the next day. This quick response was essential as I rely on my car for daily commuting. Upon arriving at the garage, I was feeling extremely stressed and anxious about the extent of the damage. However, Zaf, one of the staff members, quickly put me at ease with his calm demeanor and reassuring words. After assessing the damage, Zaf promised to do his best to have the car fixed by the end of the day. True to his word, he and his team worked tirelessly to repair the damage and I was able to drive my car home that very evening. The quality of the work was impeccable and the price was fair. It's not easy to find a garage that you can trust completely, but F1 MOT Center has proven time and time again that they are reliable and skilled professionals. Fantastic service from Motaworx! This was recommended to me by my colleague where my car stopped moving either backwards or forwards. With the help AA roadside assistance it was towed to Motaworx garage. They helped fix my car gear box with fair and reasonable price with warranty. I have been to Motaworx many a times for different problems with my car they were so patient and hospitable, they not only fixed my car quickly also was considerate to drop it back to me upon request as they understood my situation. I am a regular customer now with Motaworx. Special thanks to Mr. J and his brothers 🙏 can't thank enough for fixing my car. Very professional and sincere team. It's extremely hard to find an honest mechanics who does their job sincerely and not look to make money out of customers. Amazing Service !!!! This family run garage is amazing. Another local mechanic tried to diagnose my cars issue over a video call which I wasn’t to happy with. I took my car to Motaworx , they had a look and told me the issue quickly (it was not what the previous local mechanical had said via video call). Very happy with the service provided. Will be telling my family and friends of this Garage.
