I have been going to Rosa's since 2011 when I bought my first vehicle in this province. I can say Faraz gives his honest opinion on what you car may need at any given time. A true test of honesty is when I asked his about potential vehicle purchase brands/models. He told me which would have the lest amount of repairs. This would mean less $$ for him but he would rather give an honest recommendation than the one that brings the garage more revenue. That's very telling.
