I recently visited Auto Sales Ontario, and want to say Thank you to Juan Sebastian Dominguez who assisted us in the purchase process. During the trade-in process, the dealership evaluated my old car fairly. They were honest and transparent.. I had another credit with the highest loan rate, and he was seeking for the greatest deal ever, thus I received a 65% interest reduction. He thoroughly described the options, including interest rates, term lengths, and monthly payments. The team was always looking for better offers. The approval process was simple terms, and I was able to drive away that day. I went to get a lower interest rate and update my car in two or three years, but Juan Sebastian let me get a new automobile with the greatest conditions. The entire staff was polite and attentive, the trade-in value was fair, and they had a decent assortment of vehicles. Thank you, Auto Sales Ontario, especially Juan Sebastian, I felt quite confident in my purchase.

Where do I even begin? This was my first new (new to me) car and I couldn't be happier! After having an odd previous dealership experience, I was nervous to go back to another used car dealership. Jay and Steve were both amazing to work with from beginning to end. The whole team is very friendly and professional, and they treat you like family here. It definitely makes the whole buying experience less intimidating and more comfortable! Jay made 10000% sure that all of my concerns were looked after, and he was very transparent about everything to do with the car. This being my first new car, I was very excited to pick it up with a big bow on it :) although it may be a small detail to some, it really added to the car buying experience. Thank you to Jay and Steve at OAO. I highly recommend going here if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle!
