Thank God for Minute Clinic and the continuation of "free" vaccines for those who are allowed, like me at age 72. Maybe out of relief, the Minute Clinic agent who dispensed my COVID vaccine, and I, were both so happy that she could still provide this care for us. She did a fabulous comforting job, which was painless and hopeful.
I’ve been rescheduled 2 times here. Waiting 90 mins even with appointments and no resolution. I told them i work on weekdays and cannot reschedule further, the doctor literally closed the door on my face. One of the worst medical facilities I’ve even come across. I am surely going to file a complaint with board of pharmacy and CVS customer board. They don’t respect anyone’s time and are super rude. I was polite and respectful but didn’t get the same. Never even stepping into this CVS.
