I wish if I can rate them with zero stars for the fact of quality and the cost. The dry ice did not meet the standards I expected as it got melted the next following day; it was less effective than other products I’ve used previously. Additionally, the sales agent was very rude and uncooperative.

The best customer service and great product! Very highly recommended. I am a working mom with a young baby, while traveling on business I needed to transport home breast milk. Carbonic helped me determine how much dry ice I would need, and had it delivered in perfect timing. Their communication was quick, helpful and compassionate. And the milk arrived still frozen even after travel delays and a 30+hr trip home. Can’t thank them enough!
