American Airlines left my bag behind due to a very short time between connecting flights while I carried on to Toronto. It was put on the next flight, and sent to my home using TriExpress. I received a call from TriExpress to give me a delivery window. In all, three hours between its arrival at Pearson and delivery to my home midtown. Good service!

My experience overall was not fun at all - maybe even miserable - but that’s not the fault of the courier service. The bag was two days late arriving from Seattle due to Alaska Airlines mishandling. TriExpress communicated that they would have it out here, all the way out in Elmvale, by 10 PM, and Kumar showed up sure enough at 9:55 PM. I have to hand it to them for that promptness and accuracy, and appreciate they are the delivery end of what is never a good situation.

I wanted to leave the review after seeing other low star rankings so that you are aware of a good story as well. We were called on time as expected and received the item within our delivery time frame.
