The staff at Cardinal Hill has been wonderful to me. CVA2 Stroke Unit. Nurses, techs, students, dietary, cleaning crew, and security team it's hard to name a specific one cause each one has been phenomenal. The smiles and the welcoming was amazing. Every time I needed anything they were right there. I came in with no confidence in myself and today I will leave with the confidence knowing that I will walk again and I can get better if I work hard. Thank you CVA UNIT 2. LOVE YOU ALL.

I was in the SRU at Cardinal Hill for about two weeks for broken ribs and they have the best staff and program. They truly care about their patients. They are personable and fun. There are too many to list here but I really appreciate Madison the PT tech who helped me get to the place where I was able to take care of myself at home. Raof with dietary brought me a smile every day when he visited and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was as I needed. Ra Ra was the tech at night who checked in to make sure I was okay. I am so thankful for all of the staff. They are the best. They truly deserve the 5 star rating for CMS.

Such a great place for rehab. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Food was ok. Best of all, Dogs are allowed in the rooms!!

There was one nurse and one tech that I could say were wonderful. The others not so much. This facility was severely understaffed. I would have to wait a very long time after I hit the nurse call to go to the bathroom. By the time they got there it was several times too late. Very humiliating. A horrible thing happened to me while I was there that I don’t wish to document in this forum. Cardinal Hill please hire more nursing/tech staff with stricter hiring standards.
