Unfortunately my incident happened last night in Rakkah branch Al Khobar. I I came back to the shop to return two unopened items with a receipt 🧾 the cashier lady with a covered face yelled at me telling me in Arabic that I had a loud and scary voice! She insulted me in Arabic language! Very unfriendly and unwelcoming! I was in shock and started shaking then I asked to get the number of the manager she refused to say anything and continued cursing me with a Bangladesh worker who also was being extremely rude and uncooperative! I felt violated and disrespected ! I couldn’t believe how she was speaking to me and acting ! She even went as far as saying another customer was talking bad about me ?! I mean what kind of customer service is this?! I don’t even know this person?! She was personally attacking me with the help of the worker who was equally rude. The first rule of being a cashier is customer loyalty and service and she was doing the complete opposite insulting me in my face ! I couldn’t believe what was happening as this never happened to me ever in any retail shops around the world 🌎 I’m Saudi and I was disgusted by her behavior and her uncivilized manner . What a shame on hiring such people unprofessional people who insult customers instead of helping them! I already made a formal complaint to the owner about this rude cashier . In the past I would always shop here and was welcomed with another lovely cashier named jawaza 💗Her uncivilized behavior is repelling customers from coming back to the shop. As a customer I’m demanding an immediate investigation on this case. A formal apology to me and compensation . The stress this Caused me is very draining and I’m very unhappy with what happened to me. I travel all over the world and was never spoken to this way.
