I have been to a number of physical therapists over the years and for a variety of diseases and injuries and generally have been satisfied. But the team (especially Theresa and Emily) here have been close to miracle workers. Their knowledge of the body and its complexity is tremendous. And I have benefited greatly from the use of such techniques as dry needling and trigger point massage. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been to physical therapy several times over the years and never had a good experience. It was so bad that when I hurt my back 2 years ago that I tried everything I could before going. Back to physical therapy. That’s when I found Kate. I tried trigger therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, a shot into my SI joint. NOTHING HELPED. Kate did though, she genuinely wanted to find the problem and help me and seeing that motivated me to come back every week. Fast forward to today, I have had an ankle sprain for 2 months and have been in pain everyday. I finally got cleared for PT. Found Kate at CARE PT, and only 3 sessions in I already feel more mobile and less pain. She’s the best!!!

I came to CARE for evaluation and treatment of vertigo. Scheduling was super easy and flexible, and I was able to get in to see Joe, who specializes in vestibular therapy, pretty quickly. During my first session, Joe took the time to perform a thorough history and exam to determine the best way to treat my symptoms. He also checked back in after our session to make sure that I was feeling back to normal! Definitely highly recommend CARE; the facility is clean, private, and staff is super friendly. And I absolutely recommend Joe if you’re looking for an experienced vestibular physical therapist!
