I had a shoulder fracture that caused a lot of pain, but after attending physiotherapy sessions, I’m almost fully recovered. The staff were not only incredibly skilled but also so polite and compassionate throughout my treatment. They made sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. The sessions were effective, and I’m very grateful for the wonderful care I received. Highly recommended!

I have a very nice experience with this place especially all the physiotherapist girls and sir Saurav , his experience is unmatched. I always feel quite comfortable and pain free after each session. I know it takes time to get cured completely but it works. A good place to get treated !

After weeks of calling around and asking different massage centres about how they treat back pain plus checking if they take insurance, I finally booked a massage today at Care Plus Physiotherapy. I used to be their client at the James Potter branch, but after moving to Caledon this location was closest to me. I got the appointment fast as someone else cancelled. I figured it would be fine since I’d already been getting physiotherapy and massages from them before. Should’ve thought twice. I came in with shoulder and lower back pain from long hours of standing (discussed this clearly with the massage therapist before starting). She agreed we’d focus on those areas. Instead, the “treatment” involved a massage gun on my glutes and lower back, then some basic back and shoulder work. They did a little stretching and massaging, but it wasn’t thorough and I left feeling exactly the same. At the end, when she told me to get dressed, I asked about massaging my lower back since the pain was still there. Her response? That she had worked on it (which I never felt at all during the session except for the brief massage gun bit). Paid $113 to leave with the exact same back pain (only thing they worked on was my patience).

Care Plus Physiotherapy is a physical therapist.
