I bought an AC part after they promised it would work perfectly and that I’d get a full refund if it didn’t—as long as there was no invoice (not entered in their system). So I didn’t ask for one. When I returned it unused—because my technician required an advanced part to match the function of my AC unit—the manager Mohsin completely changed the commitment and refused the refund. He and his staff made a scene and gave false excuses. Very disappointing. Later, I heard from other nearby shops: “Be careful of this guy and his members—he does this trick all the time.” Be very careful—they are not honest or trustworthy.

very bad service on after sales . will not hear or think buyer words after purchase. purchased from the shop 4pcs of GAS refrigerant. when open seal its crack in knob. same day informed about it & returned it .After many excuses returned the same telling we cant do anything.
