What good is an urgent care that is open, with no one to actually see patients? Why set an appointment through an automated system that does not make it known that the "appointment" is for a virtual? When I called back to find out why the appointment we thought was an actual visit, was virtual, I was told that they "had some unforeseen circumstances! That should have been conveyed prior to someone driving there! Urgent care is just that, urgent care! Not, we'll call you when we can be bothered to call! Then canceling the appointment because we didn't finish putting the information (for payment of course) in the link. Care first is Care Last!

Scheduled an appointment yesterday. Upon arrival the receptionist informed me there were no providers and the receptionist attempted to call me twice and it went to voice mail. I had zero missed calls and zero messages. I spent the day at the ER with my 2 children. To add insult to injury i just received an automated call from you all wanting to see if I wanted to reschedule my appointments that I canceled or didn't show up for. EXCUSE ME?!!!! Myself and my 3 children showed up for our appointments. Had your lazy receptionist done her job, or the providers had actually shown up for work, I wouldn't be publishing my horrible experience.

Easily 5 stars if you look only at the staff and the care in the front of house. Unfortunately, the 'care' in the back office should rate zero stars. This includes the attitude, the info on the computer (why do we always blame 'the computer' which only does what humans tell it to do?) , and the emphasis on the paperwork which is <not> so MUCH more important than the actual care. Had they sent the prescription they said I needed to the pharmacy where I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes, this would be a much better review and I would be on the road to recovery.
