I had a great experience at AFC. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The front desk greeted me very kindly and got me checked in right away, and I was called shortly after by a wonderful nurse. She accommodated my comfort levels with the tests she was running and brought some water in for me. The doctor came in shortly after and was very attentive to my symptoms and questions! I appreciate all the staff at AFC has done for me!

Was able to make an appointment so no waiting upon arrival. Completed paperwork and was brought right back and was given an initial assessment by the medical assistant. The PA arrive shortly after, listened well, explained his diagnosis, and treated me with respect and courtesy. Would recommend

I made an appointment for an X ray online - filled out all the necessary paperwork, photos of my license and insurance card, and specifically entered into the “reason for visit” section: “X ray of left foot” I got an appointment confirmation, get there early for my appointment, and the person at the front desk tells me that the X ray machine isn’t working??? I specified that I was only coming into the urgent care FOR AN X-RAY.. so why they didn’t call me to tell me “hey don’t come in, our X ray machine isn’t working, go somewhere else” is beyond me??? So irritating

I had a terrible experience here. I came in with breathing problems and waited an entire 30minutes before being seen when it appeared there was only one or two other patient in the building. By the time I was seen I could barely speak from lack of air. The doctor himself was kind but I was left alone too many times. We tried a treatment which made my anxiety worse and sent me into a full panic attack. During this they asked me if I was comfortable to go home? I said no and they suggested the ER. I agreed because there was no way I could drive myself home and I felt worse. Luckily the ER took great care of me. But I will never go back to AFC Urgent Care.
