Scheduled a vaccine appointment for 8:50am. Checked in early virtually, and not a single person showed up for 30 minutes. Pharmacy was unhelpful as well. I’m guessing someone didn’t show and they didn’t bother to cancel morning appointments. Left without a vaccine and late for work

I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all. The website states: no appointment necessary , walk-ins are always welcome! However we were turned away because “the schedule is full with appointments and walk-ins.” The nurse was by herself in her office and the waiting room was empty. What a waste of my time and horrible service.They should change how they promote the clinic since it’s obviously not true, walk-ins are definitely not “always welcome” She asked me why I needed to be seen and said that I should just go to urgent care because she had things to do in her office. Never again!

Not feeling well for over a week finally gave in and went to the minute clinic . The practitioner was great. She listened advised and was very attentive. 24 hours later feeling much better!

Beware! I was charged $550 for a urine test for a possible UTI. Received bill without an itemized services so I don't even know what I was charged for. At first glance, the invoice looked like a phishing attempt. It was that unprofessional & devoid of any information other then the price that was charged to the CC. Also, there's a lack of transparency with costs of services. Needless to say, I won't be back to CVS anytime soon!
