Erik was extremely helpful. We had so many hiccups with CPKC not updating the system CBSA and our forwarder on a time sensitive shipment and OCT was the only company in the supply chain that did not check out and not answer emails just because it was a weekend. I do it for my clients but it is rare to find anyone else that does these days. When you call these guys they are strait up and get your container moved at a decent rate and you can get someone on the phone that you can understand when you call. you might save $100 with other guys but it’s not worth the hassle I will use these guys for all future container transportation.
