5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Steven! I had such a wonderful experience at the store yesterday thanks to the Assistant Store Manager, Steven. I was looking for work pants for my husband, and Steven truly went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to search thoroughly and managed to find two perfect pairs that fit our needs. But what really stood out was the surprise at the register – Steven gave me 50% off every item I purchased! His kindness, professionalism, and genuine attitude made a lasting impression on me. He was incredibly welcoming and friendly from start to finish. In a time when great customer service is hard to come by, Steven reminded me that it still exists. I’m so grateful for his help and just wanted to say – thank you, Steven! You made my day.

The customer service is great! I accidentally grabbed the wrong size of both a pair of pants and shirt. The checkout employee caught the slightly different sizes and asked. Then their co-worker took them and got the correct sizes, this included going in the back to grab a shirt that had run out in the front. The employees genuinely carried about our experience and that we got the right sizes. . . their positive attitude and work ethic is a rarity in modern retail--- @mgmt, take care of them!!

Arrived at the store on a weekend. Difficult location to park or maneuver. No customers in the store (red flag). Had to ask where inventory was for dogs I just told the girl with the nose ring what I wanted dog bed and blanket, took me the corner. All there was was dog leashes and treat bags. I was just looking for a dog blanket. They don't carry that in inventory and suggested I pick it up online. Not even an effort was given to call into the local store or the check inventory. Overall lousy customer service and poor location, no inventory, no boots or footwear, not even for working class! I won't be back or recommend it.
