I had a great experience, while rented a Mercedes E300. This is a lovely car, comfortable, dynamic, multifunctional and also good-looking. The car was clean and shiny when I got it. Additionally, there was complimentary water and wires for charging and using CarPlay, which helps a lot with the navigation. It was a bit hard to navigate for the first time, but once you get used to it - it becomes simple. Special thanks to the staff, who made the rental process simple and clear. I will definitely come again, when I visit Dubai next time.

It was the first time I rented a car from Octane Rent, and I can say that everything went smoothly. I rented the car almost a year ago, in February 2024, when my wife and I celebrated our honeymoon. The car we chose was a Ferrari Portofino. We specifically wanted a red convertible, and this Ferrari model was the one we liked the most. The communication with them was excellent, as they answered all my questions (and I was quite persistent). All discussions were carried out via WhatsApp messaging. They explained the fees to me and under what conditions they apply, and I opted for a 'no deposit' fee instead of paying a deposit. The 'no deposit' fee was 90 AED + 5% VAT. To reserve the car, a down payment of 525 AED was required. Everything was transparent and clear. On the day of picking up the car, I went to their office, spoke with Alaadin, inspected the car with him, and we recorded a video documenting all the car's issues (Alaadin, a very friendly and special person, also assisted me here). In the video, I forgot to capture the underside of the door sills... **(I RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS!!!)**. After signing the documents, I made the payment and left. On the day of returning the car, I refueled at a petrol station recommended by Alaadin, then went to their office. In Octane Rent's courtyard, I recorded another detailed video of the entire car before returning it. Alaadin also came to inspect the car and claimed that some deep scratches were found on the underside of the right sill (the passenger side). Alaadin said these scratches were not present when the car was handed to me, but they had actually been there for some time (I couldn’t prove it since I hadn’t recorded that part of the sill in my video). After much insistence, knowing I wasn’t responsible for those scratches, Alaadin carefully reviewed the footage on his phone and found evidence that the scratches were already there before I received the car. In the end, everything turned out fine, and I didn’t pay anything extra for those scratches, which I hadn’t caused. I only paid road toll fees (5 AED + 5% VAT per toll station) and nothing more. For anyone planning to rent cars, regardless of their value, I have the following recommendations: - Before picking up a car, record all its issues together with the dealer (also ask about any non-cosmetic issues, like mechanical problems). - Before returning the car to the dealer, record all areas of the car again, in detail. My experience with Octane Rent was very pleasant, aside from the scratch incident. In the end, I even received a few small gifts from the company. I wholeheartedly recommend Octane Rent and thank Alaadin for his kindness! On my next vacation in Dubai, I’ll choose them again.

The service team was very efficient and customer oriented. The car was impeccable and we had a great 3 days experience in the Emirates while visiting the Grand Mosque, Love Lake and different theme parks. Of cause we got a fine and had to pay some extras for toll stations, but that’s not the company’s fault. Thank a lot to everyone !
