If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not think the good reviews about helpful staff are real since I lived there for 2 years and could never get a hold of anyone. Also, one of the people who left the good review and said Sarah was so helpful conveniently has her last name. The other one who left a good review also left a good review of The Easton which is the other property DeeDee runs. Seems a little too convenient considering not a single other person who lives there can get a hold of anyone. My AC was broken for a year, it took them 2 months to even come look at my broken dryer, they never fixed my window screen, it took them 9 months to fix a broken shelf. All of these only got fixed after calling, emailing, and getting mad at people. It takes threats to get anything done, and I do not like being that kind of person. It looks nice on the outside, but everything that has been done was done as a typical flip. It is all cosmetic and cheaply done. Do not move in here. The rent is outrageous and dont expect to get anything fixed ever, which is confusing because I see the maintenance person there all the time running around like he is busy.

The Community is very cute! The neighbors I have met so far are really nice. Sarah in the front office has been extremely helpful, organized and on top of things.
