Well we come here like every week and mostly like 3 4 times a weeks. The first time try the grill wings here is so good and i really love it. But all the time i get back here after, they making a fake grill wings all the time. The waiter is really nice to us but this guy on the picture today i don't know why he keeping like ignore us and serve somebody else first even thought we were first and we already asking him that if the stove is on or not so we can order the wings and he said that the stove is good but after we got the fake wings again and i can't eat that wings. he tell the manager to go talk with us and she said that she was in there saw them making it grill i don't really understand how the grill wings look like that :)) and she was in the kitchen just looking for them to grill the wings isn't make sense. Look at that food!!! it isn't grill at all. And the waiter today we got him the first time at the bar is so rude. We were trying to telling this here but this is so rude to a customer that coming here 3 4 times a week like us. I don't really want to give 1 star for today i was thinking to write 3 star after the food but after the manager went to talk with us like that so i decide to give 1 star for your customers service because this isn't the first time. Michelle and the other waiter is so nice to us before. We just got married and this place is the first place that we met so we are love this restaurant but if you guys still keep the customers service like that i will never come back again.

I don’t normally post reviews, but I felt compelled to because the service and food were so stellar! I can’t remember the last time I’ve had servers/bartenders (Keith and Hope) who were so pleasant and just amazing at their jobs. Whenever a drink was low, they were there, even though it was during the dinner rush and the bar was packed! The signature dry rub wings are phenomenal and they were cooked perfectly. I can’t recommend this place enough. The people, food, beer selection and prices are amazing!

The food is good. The grouper fingers & fries are...chef kiss. The salad was good & my wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich. The drinks are good and there's a wide selection on tap.

Update update Arielle was so awesome, amazing and inviting. I feel like I've been knowing her forever. She gave me excellent food recommendations. I am a forever fan of the Carolina Ale House Jacksonville. Arielle deserves a gold star and a raise. Thank you so very much for the warm hospitality. Signed a flight attendant away from home. ❤️🙏🏾✈️Update... the manager invited me to come back so they could make things right. I took on my invitation that i recieved in the mail and boy oh boy they went above and beyond. I'll most definitely go again for the good food and good service i received. ➡️Old. Review ➡️I ordered the nachos because I saw the waitress taking multiple orders of that to other tables. So I ordered the same and was SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED. SMH. They sprinkled about 10-12 pieces of dry steak on top. And ran out of queso and I had to wait for them to make more. Needless to say they didn't have that ready until we was ready to leave so I took it to go. I was NOT impressed by the food here. It's not as good as the one I visited while near Concord Mills Mall back home in Charlotte NC. I will not be visiting this location again!
