Metrolina has done multiple projects for our company and have always stood behind all of their work. I would recommend them to anyone in the commercial space. They will do the best job for any of your construction needs.

This builder is extremely rude and allows workers to work on the job site in a residential area way later than city ordinance. The workers are onsite past 11 pm some nights banging and making loud noises. When it is brought to the contractors attention (Peter and Paul) nothing ever changes and they say whatever they can to make you shut up with empty promises. Not to mention they tore up our grass with no notice and we had to constantly ask them when they were going to fix it. They also have not finished their retaining wall and have now built a sidewalk which causes our yard to flood every time it rains. This building is so close to our property line, not to mention they also placed a dumpster along the property line and there is going to be a playground close to the townhomes with screaming kids..overall very poor design and very poor execution

We are a sub-contractor for Metrolina Builders on a variety of projects all around the Charlotte, NC area. They are a great company with nice people who do awesome work and are very professional to work with. We highly recommend Metrolina Builders, Inc.!
