My delivery truck broke down and I limped to their shop. Had to leave the truck but they followed up with my company on the issue’s. Very nice ladies at the front desk and they are knowledgeable about everything pertaining to the trucks.

Had my driver bring my unit into the shop for some basic repairs and Alyssa took care of me. She did a great job and answered all my questions. But I had called in during her lunch break and spoke to an “Allison”, she was very rude and essentially told me since it wasn’t her ticket she couldn’t give me an update on the truck. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she’d transfer me and then the line disconnected. The work was done right, and Alyssa did great, but Allison will prevent me or my drivers from coming back
