They have helped my group out in so many ways. The trucks are in great condition mechanically. The look good when we come in to our events. The pickup/dropoff process is so easy. If during a pretrip you see a concern they have a friendly mechanic that addresses. I haven’t called to rent one but the person that does asked me if the people I deal with are as friendly as who he’s dealing with… they are. Thank you ideallease for making our logistical movement of our material possible.

So after six tries and a bunch of lies my bunk heater still does not work. We have called and told them it wasn’t working right. This man told me it doesn’t work in 20 degrees or less. They have no clue what they are doing. I have gotten up with the higher ups again and expect my money back because you have done nothing to fix my problem and your mechanics have zero clue. I expect a call and a resolution today.
