No show on delivery day with no update in the system to inform me there was a delay. Sat around waiting for nothing until I called. When they finally did deliver we were told we would be called 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure we were home as we could not wait around for them again... NOPE! They dropped my $1000.00 vanity in my drive way in the pouring rain!!! Then they left (garbage) an extra blue pallet in my drive way which has now stained it blue! NOT PROFESSIONAL OR RESPECTFUL OF PEOPLE AND THEIR TIME!!!

I'm sure it's a good company, but this driver right here is reckless. This driver put my life and the lives of other drivers in danger. This reckless driver was merging onto the highway and was behind another semi truck. The reckless driver did not have the patience to wait to merge like everyone else. So this reckless driver decided to cross the soild line to get into the far right lane, leaving the semi in front of him no where to go but to the shoulder of the road. But that wasn't reckless enough for the ESTES DRIVER he then decided to pull out into the middle lane, which is where I was going 55-60mph+ and he was only going like 30-35 mph forcing me to slam my brake pedal into the ground. Keep in mind I'm a tanker with a load in the tank. I am very upset that this kid is out there on the road with other humans. He is a danger to the roadway and should not be driving a semi. To make things worse the guy laughed about it the whole time. Very unprofessional.

You would think it would be hard to lose a 600lb riding lawnmower, but Estes has done it. We have been playing phone tag with them to try and find it, only for them to say they'll look into it but nothing shows up on the notes. All they say is it appears to be lost after going from Athens to Atlanta and back to Athens for some odd reason. Spending that much money and having the product lost does not look good for this company.

Trash company. What company doesn’t have a number listed to report what’s going on with your driver. Truck swerving all over the road no cb looks to be dozing off about to hit 4 wheelers and flip me off because I blew my horn when he got to close to my truck. Well video will be on bonehead truckers on YouTube.
