Amazing service, it took Jarro less than 10 mins to solve the problem. I took it to a VW garage & they wanted the car in for 2 days to examine why the key fob wasn’t working at a cost of £125. Saved me 2 days without the car & and an awful lotta money.

Copied two keys, one flip key for a 2016 Octavia and the other a smart key for a 2021 e Niro. Came the same day, great service. Very reasonable prices and certainly much cheaper than the dealer! Highly recommended.

I bought a Toyota Prius with one key and it almost fell into the gutter within a few hours of the key being in my hand. I drove to his house at 8 am in the morning and called him. He came out straight away. As I am currently going through a family situation and did not have the money to pay for another original key with wireless functionality he proposed a reduced rate for manual functionality only as it would cost £80 less. I could stomach that cost (just about) and frankly don't care if the second key is also wireless. Straight away after holding the key he said its a new key! I was confused. ‘Its been really looked after’ he said. So he got to work in his van. The car key has to be a specific shape as it has to be inserted into the hole for the engine to start so we tested it. It worked. Then he coped the manual part of the key. Combined them together and create a second key that does not open the doors wirelessly but does so manually (like a house key). I use the original key (wireless unlocking) and keep the new key he made (manual unlocking) key at home. He was understanding, compassionate, emphatic, patient, polite, easy to talk to, caring and explained things really well. He has a lovely home too where I parked my car. Manual key cost = £120 Wireless key cost would have been £200
