Recently bought my new car from here and wow! Service was amazing, Greg kept me in the loop with everything and sent regular videos after any work was done (it needed some paint sorting/touching up). The car now looks brand new so Greg and the team have really out done themselves! Love the car, love the service and the after care has been great as they called up to check everything was okay. 100% recommend and 100% would buy from them again!

Well what can I say! Williams Select Manchester have totally exceeded my expectations of a car dealership. Big thanks to Andy Fletcher and the guys for their top class customer service. The car was presented top class standard on collection day, and after two weeks of ownership I can say the VW I bought from them is brilliant. I can recommend Williams Select to anyone thinking of buying a used car, the cars are all top class with a great choice of cars available.

My wife and I bought our latest car from Williams Select in Manchester. From start to finish we couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Russell Ord at Williams. Russell was exceptionally welcoming when we went to view the car which looked stunning and was ready for inspection and a test drive on the Sunday a couple of weeks ago. He was able to answer any questions regarding the car and ran us through the all the treating customers fair policy that Williams goes by. Russell also told us all about any cover for the car's paint or the interior protection as well as if we wanted to purchase a warranty cover. We were pretty much at our maximum so couldn't go for these but what was nice is that Russell didn't try to hard sell us these extra products. To be honest the car's quality demonstrates that Russell and I guess the other sales team don't have to be forceful when dealing with customers. He was very personable, polite and humorous. Whilst also being knowledgeable and professional about the business and the car. We therefore decided the car ticked all the boxes we wanted, it was about the fifth car we had viewed and we both felt ‘safe’ and that we were not being done over or pressured by Russell and Williams. We paid a deposit and Russell arranged to have the car go through its MOT at an independent garage over the following week. I'd noticed that the fuel lid wobbled when the car idles and Russell said that he would arrange to have it looked at. On collection day Russell said that they had tried to solve the wobble but were unable to do so and that they didn't want to break or snap the cover even though three mechanics had taken a look but couldn't understand how to stop the wobble. This didn't put me off the car though and Russell said that if I take it to a main dealership and get it sorted at a later date then they would meet the cost. This was fair enough and I felt that Russell wasn't trying to fob me off. Payment was done through bank transfer with the Cocoon system which a lot of car dealerships use according to my research, and was pretty straightforward. All in all I definitely recommend Williams Select and if each of the sales team conduct themselves as Russel Ord did with us then you will be in good hands. All the best.

Today I picked up my third car from Williams.. always dealt with Andrew Bauer & this week when I called, I specifically asked for him. Called on Wednesday afternoon about a car I had seen on the website, traded mine in (which I had two years ago from Andrew) & drove away Friday PM in my new car! Andrew is a delight to deal with & makes buying a car so simple. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ll be back in another couple of years to trade in again & will specifically ask for Andrew as always. Brilliant service, absolutely brilliant! Would 100% recommend Williams.. just ask for Andrew.. you’ll be in good hands!
